There are several sittings of the Test each year. The Test is held in London, Sydney, Hong Kong, South Africa, India and in the USA. However, not all the Heads of the Test are available at each venue, as detailed below:

- Sydney, Australia - Professional Conduct and Accounts
- Hong Kong - Professional Conduct and Accounts
- New York City and Los Angeles, USA - Property, Professional Conduct and Accounts, Litigation
- New Delhi/Mumbai, India - Professional Conduct and Accounts
