Head 2: Litigation
           
This Litigation Test is of three hours duration. The Test is divided into two parts, a civil part and a criminal part. Candidates are allowed to answer questions in either part.  Each part tests both evidence and procedure.  No less than 15% of the marks for the criminal part are attributable to evidence issues.
